No we at Randa Gabriel don’t own the products, we act as reseller of available Ready-Made Business Applications, we facilitate your connection with the Company from wish you shall buy the suitable product as per our business analysis and product recommendation. This last, is the owner of the product. What we do for you is the assistance in the functionality of the purchased business application, the planning of the data entry procedures and the initiation of the needed On-the-Job training.
Do you work only with business software?
Yes, only with business software.
Do you initiate Data Entry on the business software?
Partially, we enter only test transactions, the Data Entry is not under our scope of work, instead our duties are to guide you in the process of data entry, to transfer the necessary know-how to you and to supervise your work is in compliance to healthy reporting requirements.
Do you provide ISO certification?
No, bylaw the ISO coaching firm or individual setting the required system of work cannot at the same time be the ISO certifying body. Our responsibility is limited to establishing your system of work and directing you on available ISO certifying firms that you are free to choose whom to work with.

How much time do you need to learn a business software and train us on its use?
It depends on the available product, some business applications might take few hours, some might take 1 week or more and some others months. The larger the database the higher the time needed, but usually one month is the average fair time to become user friendly with the application and in general 6 months are enough to transfer the acquired know-how to your team of professionals.
Do you recruit people for the job?
Our responsibility is limited to help circulating CV for people we have worked with or know from friends and whom we highly recommend, or knew as highly professional, and only upon request. We don’t recruit people nor undertake screening or selection interviews. Such scope is provided by Recruitment Consultancy firms.
Do you initiate programming? Do you program add-ins software to link one product to another?
Our responsibility as business analyst is limited to Consultancy in analysis and supervision; we don’t initiate any software development. What we offer instead is the study of your business needs and the search of business solution that best meets your requirements.
Do you initiate web design?
Our Services in website Consultancy only cover the study needs for your website in terms of website content management (text - database functionality and user interactivity). The execution of the study is made available with any web design firm of your choice.
Do you install the products?
Our role as business analyst is limited to Consultancy in analysis and supervision, for installation you need to consult with your IT technician or IT infrastructure Consultant.
Do you handle troubleshooting?
We handle only the guidance on how to solve your problem based on our expertise in the use of the business application, and by directing you in the reporting error ID.
Will troubleshooting take us lots of time and retard our operations?
Defintely not. Solutions owners' companies provide 24/7 support and too many have implemented live chat support to better serve you as a customer. You can also check several online forums specifically made for this purpose. Resolving frequently experienced troubleshooting errors, might sometimes take you few hours to get resolved, times vary from one company to another based on the skills of the IT techniciens and their time handling the problem.
Do you handle version upgrades?
We handle our part of the version upgrade, by informing you on the availability of new versions, by training you on the additional new features and by serving you in the effective use of the new features. The technical part of the version upgrade shall be handled with your IT infrastructure Consultant.
Do you direct us on the procurement of the business software?
Of course, we at Randa Gabriel Consultancy, provide you with step by step guidance from where to get your licensed product.
Do you provide Management Consultancy?
No, Management Consultancy is not under our scope of work. We at Randa Gabriel Consultancy, establish the system for you and it’s up to you to enforce the application of the system or to employ people to comply with system requirements. What we offer in this regards, is the supervision on compliance service that communicates compliance or default to comply.
What does your role involve as business analyst?
